Mindy VanDerlyke joined Strickler Agency, Inc., in 2022 after almost 18 years in the commercial banking industry. A past Central Penn Business Journal Forty Under 40 honoree, Mindy brings to the position a well-established background in business development and relationship building. She has a passion for mentoring and a competitive drive. Her responsibilities include marketing and public relations, recruitment, and overall sales culture and development.
Mindy is a graduate of Penn State and lives in Boiling Springs with her husband, Reed, their two children, Drew and Luke, and their playful golden retriever, Birdie.
