Lori began her career with The Strickler Agency in 1980, as their only computer data entry person. She is currently Personal Lines Operations Manager. She holds the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR), and Certified Professional Insurance Woman (CPIW) designations. In 2002 she was awarded PA Outstanding Customer Service Representative award from the Society of CIC/CISR.
Lori has lived in Chambersburg from the time she was born, still residing here with her husband and their two sons. In her free time, she enjoys all aspects of live theatre productions (ask her about dressing Jean Stapleton sometime), big-name band concerts, and traveling the world. She is also devoted to her church, chairing many committees, and loves singing with their praise band. She volunteers her time at Mission Central in Mechanicsburg, helps to pack shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child, and recently packed and handed out food during the Convoy of Hope mission project for downtown Chambersburg.
