Roxi began her insurance career with the Strickler Agency in 1987. In addition to providing expertise as the agency’s Human Resources Manager, Roxi serves a specialized commercial client base. Her primary focus is on public entities, educational institutions, social service programs, and specialized contractors. Her professional designations include Certified Insurance Service Representative, Certified Insurance Counselor, and Certified School Risk Manager.
She’s a long-time volunteer Company Advisor for Pennsylvania Free Enterprise Week, a one-of-a-kind summer program that offers high school juniors and seniors a unique and challenging opportunity to see what it’s like to run their own business. Roxi is also a volunteer instructor for the PA Hunter-Trapper Education Program sponsored by the PA Game Commission. She and her husband Mark are life-long residents of Franklin County, and both enjoy outdoor activities including hunting and camping.
