Keith began his career in the managed care industry in 2004. Prior to joining the Strickler Agency, Keith had worked both on the carrier side, servicing roughly 1,000 local business clients, and as a consultant where he worked with larger strategic clients. He has expertise in specially designed self-funded arrangements. He frequently thinks outside the box to provide clients a high level of service to guarantee them the best employee benefits package for the best possible price. His team specializes in partnering with companies and acting like an extension of their HR departments.
Keith resides in Dillsburg with his wife and two children. He’s very active and enjoys instructing and training Brazilian jiu-jitsu. He specializes in teaching children to compete and bully prevention. When he’s not at work and ready for a vacation his family can be found at Walt Disney World. They also enjoy spending time in Ocean City, New Jersey. One of Keith’s favorite books is “The Last Lecture” by the late Randy Pausch.
